Tides of Tops’l

This is a high-rise condominium located in Miramar Beach, FL. SCI completed extensive structural steel framing repairs to the upper roof mansard. Structural steel preparation was completed, and a Sherwin Williams industrial coating system was applied to approximately 10,000 linear feet of steel framing. The flat roof system was then repaired and coated using a silicone roof coating product by Tropical Coatings.
