This is a high-rise condominium located in Destin, FL. SCI staged and completed stucco repairs, concrete restoration, and installation of new exterior canopies. New EFCO Series 5XPT Sliding Glass Doors, EFCO Series 6621 Fixed Windows were installed per project specifications. The entirety of the building exterior was re-caulked and coated with a Sherwin Williams, self-cleaning, acrylic coating system. A Neogard pedestrian walkway coating system was provided at unit balconies.
